We ship to addresses within the United States.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚛 Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and current carrier conditions.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

💵 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally—follow us for updates!

🐾 Shipping & Delivery of Live Animals

Because we prioritize the health and safety of all animals, Hopeful Pets does not ship live animals through standard mail carriers.

🐕 Options for Live Animals:

In-Person Pickup:
- Available at approved locations or by appointment.
- You will receive pickup instructions after placing your order.
Local Delivery:
- Available within certain areas. Delivery fees and eligibility will be discussed during the adoption or purchase process.
Third-Party Transport (case-by-case):
- For certain animals, we may arrange transport through licensed, animal-friendly couriers.
- Live animal transport will always comply with local, state, and federal laws.

Please report any missing or damaged packages within 3 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
