2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Services

We offer a range of animal-related products and services, including but not limited to:

Pet supplies (food, toys, accessories, etc.)
Live animals for adoption or sale (where permitted by law)
Organic produce and animal-based plant products
Animal boarding and grooming services
Rescue and rehoming of animals

All descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that product descriptions or prices are error-free.

4. Live Animal Sales

If you purchase a live animal from us, you agree to the following:

You are legally permitted to own the animal in your jurisdiction.
You understand the specific care requirements of the animal and are committed to providing a safe, loving, and appropriate home.
Hopeful Pets reserves the right to refuse a sale if we believe the home environment may be unsafe or unsuitable for the animal.
All live animal sales are subject to welfare checks and adoption/sale agreements.

5. Returns and Refunds

Pet Supplies: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Live Animals: Due to the nature of live animal sales, all purchases are final. However, if a health issue is discovered within 14 days of purchase, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution options.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and product type.

Live animals may only be delivered through approved methods or picked up in person. Delivery or shipping of live animals is only available where legally permitted.

7. Animal Welfare

At Hopeful Pets, we are committed to ethical and humane treatment of all animals. Our team adheres to high standards of care, nutrition, housing, and veterinary oversight. We also encourage responsible pet ownership and offer educational resources to help you succeed.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hopeful Pets is not responsible for:

Improper use of our products or services
Injuries or illnesses resulting from negligence or failure to follow care guidelines
Delays or disruptions caused by third-party carriers or service providers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the products or services in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, images, product descriptions, etc.) is the property of Hopeful Pets and may not be used without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
